I originally loved OMNES because of their sustainability credentials, and their Riviera dress is AMAZING. However lately I've had a couple of bad experiences. Firstly, I purchased two dresses in the sale, which both ripped under the arms immediately - literally when I just lifted my arms, I wasn't doing anything strenuous! OMNES kindly refunded me for this; with the refund money I purchased a pair of black OMNES jeans, which arrived without a front zipper! I again returned this and received a refund. Before Christmas I decided to try again, purchased two pairs of jeans in my normal size. When they arrived they were hilariously small, and I've had to return them. All of this means I am really not sure if I would purchase from OMNES again, because I care about sustainability and how can this be a sustainable model? I really hope they sort out these issues because I think they are trying to do a good thing and the clothes I've had from them in the past have been great.

Bad sizing. Much too small, felt like at least two sizes too small. The designs were beautiful but the quality wasn’t the greatest and the sizing was poor.

The quality of the products are fantastic. Have always received great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I received the best customer service from Omnes that I have experienced in a very long time. I ordered the wrong size and they were able to correct my order before it shipped out and were extremely courteous about it. I will shop Omnes in the future.

Absolutely fab customer service! The incorrect item was sent out and they replied to my message within a couple of days and sent the correct item out with next day delivery even before I had sent back the return! Really happy with the service and will definitely continue to shop with Omnes!

Came across this little company thanks to a mag at work showing a tv host wearing a dress I loved so I ordered it and was happily suprised to find it in my curvy size .
I did next day delivery as was going to a family party and it arrived as expected.
Loved the dress on and was super quality , my only gripe was I was emailed info on a half price sale and that dress was included, a little annoyed I emailed saying I was so and as a new customer felt a little cheated .
Well amazingly they decided as a new customer they would on this occasion refund the difference.
That people is great customer service !!

I ordered 2 dresses from omnes I must admit I was quite sceptical at the time as I have ordered multiple times from different companies off the internet and been massively disappointed
Omnes have totally restored my faith,I payed for next day delivery and it was at my door by 830am
I am a curvy size 16 so not everything suits me , but the dresses are just perfect, excellent quality, not too short (I’m 5.5ft )
Will definitely be ordering again as also the prices are very reasonable ???

First time ordering from Omnes. Dress arrived within time stayed and received updates from Omnes and then royal mail. Dress is lovely. Looks like material is a little more transparent than I am thought it would be but definitely wearable. Neckline also lower than in the picture in webpage so may need to wear camisole underneath.

Had a dress ordered for me, it was exactly what the pictures showed on the website and fits perfectly. Arrived promptly,very neatly wrapped.

I really love what the brand Omnes stand for I am trying to shop more sustainably within a reasonable budget.

I am always very impressed with quality of the clothes they are very well made and the material is really nice.

The items have always been delivered quickly and really nicely packaged. I love the seed tag its a really nice touch.

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, the Iris and the Delphi. I chose next day delivery and they arrived the next morning, so super speedy. Loved both of the dresses, quality was amazing, so actually kept both. Will definitely be shopping again!

Super helpful customer service there was an issue with my delivery and they were super responsive and helpful! I have ordered a second dress from then now also felt with the first dress the sizing seemed accurate which is nice for a change so will see If its the same when this second dress arrives! Overall would reccomend despite mix up with delivery company :)
